Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for steering the candidate selection processes for your open vacancies, from application submission to contract signature  
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, networking, referrals and job boards to attract top tech talents. Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with passive candidates to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process  
• Review applications, coordinate and conduct semi-structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications (business relevant skills, experience, and cultural add) for specific roles utilizing various assessment methodologies   
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, craft comprehensive job descriptions, and provide guidance on market trends and talent acquisition strategies  
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions  
• Engage in group-wide, international Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding projects 

Your qualificiations

• Sourcing experience or your willingness to build up expertise in this area is considered a plus   
• Experience in conducting interviews and in applying behavioral based interview techniques  
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and sense for business   
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels  
• Understanding of technical skills and technologies relevant to the roles we recruit for (software development, data science, marketing)
