Does the Hybrid Working policy have guidelines?

Besides state of the art apprenticeship programs, we organize a variety of events & trainings for our apprentices and apprentice supervisors such as Welcome Days, a guided tour through our logistic center, a practical Insight Day in the logistic center, team events, social day and we also have a bee sponsorship. 

What’s the deadline for apprenticeship applications?

Applications for our apprenticeships are open annually from mid-September to the end of June in the following year. Working students can apply whenever a role is available.

At which locations are apprenticeships available?

Apprentices must be based at our offices, stores, or warehouse near Munich, as we do not offer remote opportunities. Location details can be found in the respective job descriptions.

Different roles have different requirements, depending on your area of interest.

Does BESTSECRET support students writing their bachelor’s or master’s thesis?

While we don’t currently offer an official thesis programme, we are open to considering proposals if you connect with a team interested in collaborating with you. If this applies, we’ll gladly discuss next steps. Please keep in mind that thesis proposals cannot be submitted via email or through our recruitment team.
